as far as i'm concerned either hillary or barack would be great. not paradise on earth, but a return to a path with a possibility of heaven on earth. and not implying in any sense that either would actually be leading us when we enter the promised land. but clearly either one is the best the system has to offer, and not bad at that..first lady pres, or first black pres. having said that, i prefer hillary because i pretty much KNOW what she will try to achieve. she's certainly not going to legalise drugs, for example. but i couldn't rule out that she tries or has tried them more than once. but she's going to try to move the dirty word socialism a few centimetres forward, and could certainly change the political atmosphere over there in much the same way that blair, in one term, managed to move us Brits psychologically out of the "There Is No Alternative." THAT was priceless for us, even tho he didn't move further forwards in his following terms. all of which, of course, is precisely why the right wing will try ANYTHING to STOP HILLARY. obama, on the other hand, is an unknown quantity. we have no way of knowing how he will stand up against the Big Dinos if he becomes president. if he does stand up, in the current War-End era, he's likely to get shot. so i've been thinking for weeks that hillary's served her time, she's ready to do what most of us reckon she will probably do. yes, it's made her boring, but she's covered every inch of herself from republican attacks. i mentioned drugs because, when you look at obama, oh brother... my very strong hunch is that the republicans reckon they can EASILY destroy him when it comes to the election. his achilles heel (and it's a GIGANTIC one over there) is obviously his drugs issue. yes, he tried to clear it away when he confessed right at the start of the campaign to coke snorting and pot puffing in his youth, but do you seriously imagine the repubs will just let it pass? think about the campaign they'll run: "DO YOU WANT AN EX COKEHEAD FOR YOUR PRESIDENT? DO YOU WANT A POT SMOKER'S FINGER ON THE BUTTON?" "U GOTTA CHOICE THE FIRST BLACK PRES, THE FIRST WOMAN PRES, OR THE FIRST DRUG PRES?" they'll run films about cokeheads shooting cops, and black junkies, they'll link it to AIDS and, oh christ i don't even want to think about it! it MIGHT not work here in the UK but in the Mid West? i think it would be curtains for obama, i really do, and i really believe this is how the repubs already plan to play it. so for ten days or so i've been wondering why obama's attracting so much more funding than hillary. could it be that the right wing is funneling these funds to him in their efforts to STOP CLINTON? and then the following article reached me and i KNEW! THE RIGHT WING ARE GENUINELY FEARFUL OF HILLARY CLINTON! and they're backing ANYTHING or ANYONE that can STOP HER! including barack! Klu Klux Klan Endorses Obama
Anything or anyone is better than Hillary Clinton
KENTUCKY - USA - Imperial Wizard, Ronald Edwards has stated that, "anything is better than Hillary Clinton."
White Christian Supremacist group the Klu Klux Klan has endorsed Barack Obama to be the next President of the United States of America. Speaking from his Kentucky office in Dawson Springs, the Imperial Wizard exclaimed that anything or anyone is better than having that "crazy ass bitch" as President.
KKK lodges all over America have been gathering and holding rallies supporting the black presidential candidate.
Grand Turk Cletus Monroe has also been very vocal about the election and has donated thousands of dollars to Obama's election fund. "My Klan group has donated up to $250,000 to the Obama fund. Anything is better than Hillary Clinton."
"A few years back we were lynching negroes. Now we're gonna vote for one to be president of the US of motherfu**ing A, damn it! Anyone or anything is better than Hillary Clinton - anything!!" Placards for Barack Obama have been put up around the Klan's Headquarters and the KKK have announced a television ad campaign to support the African American candidate... you see where this is going? you see how afraid the old Dinos are when faced with the extinction that hillary represents? we can't be sure what obama will do if he wins and, anyway, it looks pretty certain he will be destroyed if he becomes the candidate. with hillary it's pretty obvious what she'll do and, anyway, she's spent the last 2 decades arming every inch of herself from the deadly armoury the dying raging paranoid ruthless Dinosaurs will throw at her. don't fall for the right wing's campaign to STOP HILLARY. think of her first term and the battles head. her first term will be EX-HILLAR-ATING!!! and, after she's changed the climate over there, if she's moving too slowly, maybe THEN we can back obama against her for the next term!

so far, tho this has stimulated a heavy response, not a single person has answered my drugs point. is it not true that the republicans will mercilessly slaughter obama over this? please do not ignore this point if you comment on my editorial. because, if true, it is the single most important thing to say about the democrats' primary battle.

Re: drug use. this is just wild speculation. but I'd have to guess that 2/3 of everyone in washington (or more) on BOTH sides of the aisle has smoked pot or snorted cocaine at some point. republicans are SCARED TO DEATH of being exposed as a drug-user (or gay sympathizer, or whatever) and therefore, I would say if any anti-Obama drug propaganda surfaces, it would ONLY come from the "swiftboat" communities (read: pure nutcases, operating unofficially) Hillary is a great candidate, and, perhaps with another NAME, she'd be a shoe-in. But the US electorate is painfully aware of the fact that a Bush or Clinton has been in the driver's seat (or Veep) dating back to the REAGAN ERA!! (Remember Reagan/BushI?) What's that? 25 years? and shuddering at turning that into nearly 35 years of just TWO families in control. What does bode well for Obama is the increasing perception that McCain is just BushIII. Two terms making the rounds these days are McSame and McBush.
